This trek begins in the lush rainforest of Senaru village, leading you up to the breathtaking Senaru Crater Rim for your first night of camping with panoramic sunset views. On the second day, descend to the serene Segara Anak Lake, where you can relax in natural hot springs, swim, and soak in the tranquil mountain scenery. Your journey continues with a scenic descent through the picturesque Torean valley, passing waterfalls and dramatic landscapes before finishing in Torean village. Perfect for nature lovers and adventure seekers, this trip combines challenging hiking, stunning vistas, and the unique experience of camping beside a volcanic lake.
Trekking Itinerary:
Arrival day:
We will pick you up at the airport of Lombok or other place in Lombok island and transfer to the hotel in Senaru. Meet Your trekking guide will provide guidance to better prepare you for the journey.
Day 1: Senaru Village – Senaru Crater Rim (Camping)
– **07:00 AM:** Breakfast at Senaru and briefing with your guide and porters.
– **08:00 AM:** Start trekking from Senaru village (601m).
– **Walk through:** Rainforest, spotting monkeys and unique flora.
– **12:00 PM:** Lunch break at Pos 2 Montong Satas (1,500m).
– **01:00 PM:** Continue trek through open meadows and savanna.
– **04:00 PM:** Arrive at Senaru Crater Rim (2,641m).
– **Enjoy:** Spectacular sunset views over Segara Anak Lake and Mount Agung in Bali.
– **Dinner & Camping:** Overnight at Senaru Crater Rim.
Day 2: Senaru Crater Rim – Segara Anak Lake (Camping)
– **07:00 AM:** Breakfast with sunrise view.
– **08:00 AM:** Descend to Segara Anak Lake (2,000m).
– **Trek through:** Steep rocky trails and lush forest.
– **11:00 AM:** Arrive at Segara Anak Lake.
– **Enjoy:** Soak in the natural hot springs, swim in the lake, and relax.
– **12:30 PM:** Lunch by the lakeside.
– **Afternoon:** Free time for fishing, exploring the lake, or visiting the new volcano (Gunung Baru Jari).
– **Dinner & Camping:** Overnight by Segara Anak Lake.
Day 3: Segara Anak Lake – Torean Village – End
– **06:30 AM:** Breakfast at the lake.
– **07:30 AM:** Begin trek down via the scenic Torean trail.
– **Trek through:** Waterfalls, rivers, and lush valleys with stunning views of the canyon and Rinjani’s summit.
– **12:00 PM:** Lunch en route at Pos 2 or a scenic spot.
– **03:00 PM:** Arrive at Torean Village (end point).
– **Transfer:** Private car transfer back to your next destination (Senggigi, Bangsal, or Mataram).
